I want to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Helping others build healthier habits—whether it’s moving more, eating better, or simply feeling more confident in their bodies—brings me genuine joy.

Seeing my clients and family members have improved their energy levels, emotional well-being, and overall health—and knowing I played a part in that is incredibly fulfilling.
